PHILIPSBURG:--- The Police Force of Sint Maarten (KPSM) is seeking the assistance of the community in locating a missing 15-year-old female identified by the initials Kelvina TOMA.
On Wednesday, April 22, 2026, the mother of the teenager, identified by the initials Carisielle TOMA., reported to the Philipsburg Police Station that her daughter had been missing since Friday, April 17, 2026. The teenager was last seen at her residence located on Rue Bone Fish in Sandy Ground, French Sint Maarten.
A missing person report has also been filed with the French authorities.
Kelvina TOMA is described as approximately 1.55 meters tall, of brown complexion, with black hair and brown eyes.
KPSM urges anyone who may have seen Kelvina TOMA. or who has any information regarding her whereabouts to immediately contact the Philipsburg Police Station at +1 (721) 542-2222.
KPSM also makes a direct appeal to Kelvina TOMA : if you are seeing this message, please contact your family or the nearest police station to inform them that you are safe.
