Philipsburg:--- Management of Bobby's Marina has filed a court case against the government of country St. Maarten. The case will be heard this Friday. SMN News learnt that the latest court case has been initiated because government has increased their long lease fees for Bobby's Marina tenfold. Several efforts made to contact CEO of Bobby's Marina Bobby Valesquez proved futile on Wednesday as he could not be reached by telephone.
