Great-Bay:--- On November 30, 2010, a delegation of concerned St. Martin persons met with Mr. Lars WALRAVE, Representative of the Dutch Government in St. Maarten.The delegation consisted of independent social activist Eldrige van PUTTEN-, Albert ADAMS ('Jesse')- and Leopold JAMES of the grassroots St. Martin nation building movement.
During the meeting a number of very pressing issues were discussed pertaining to the current social economic situation of the island.
Parties agreed to keep these contact-meetings on a more regular basis in order to apprise each other of issues of concerns-, as well as possible solutions.
