GEBE has since introduced new services for its eBilling clients such as eReceipts. eBilling customers paying online, via standing order or via check drop box get an eReceipt confirming that their payment has been processed. eBilling has also made general communication with its clients more effective. GEBE is now able to send customers email notices of scheduled outages in their area.
