Philipsburg:---On Sunday March 28 at approximately 05.00 p.m., police arrested a man with the initials J.A.A. after being involved in an argument between himself and the victim with the initials R.A.B. The incident took place the Shell Gas station in Madame Estate. According to witnesses, the argument between parties about who was to get gasoline at the pump first escalated into a fight. The fight was parted shortly after by the witnesses. The suspect, the driver of Taxi-281 was not very happy with the situation. He jumped into his taxi and intentionally drove into the car of the victim causing considerable damage. The suspect then reversed his taxi and intentionally drove at the victim knocking him of his feet. The victim was treated at the hospital for his injuries. The suspect remains in custody for further investigation.
