Philipsburg:--- The parliament of St. Maarten is expected to meet on Thursday afternoon to elect independent Member of Parliament Patrick Illidge as the second vice chairperson. SMN News learnt that members of the coalition government have decided to grant the independent member his wishes since he jumped from his party to support the coalition government. The meeting is expected to be at 2pm.
