Philipsburg:--- The Rasta man who lost his life on Sunday during a fishing expedition in the Bel Air area has been identified as Evan Moore Edwards of Jamaica (45). Police Spokesman Ricardo Henson said the victim is well known on the island as he is musician and someone that always used to sell CDs and DVDs. Edwards lost his life when a small dingy on which he and two other friends were fishing on capsized due to rough seas. Edwards was residing at Union Farm.
