PHILIPSBURG:--- Minister of Tourism & Economic Affairs, Transportation and Telecommunications (TEATT) Hon. Romeo Pantophlet, would like to congratulate taxi drivers who took part in the customer service training workshops that was organized by the St. Maarten Tourist Bureau.
The St. Maarten Tourist Bureau recently introduced the "Successful Taxi Driver" as a customer service training program coordinated by the Caribbean Tourism Organization (CTO), which provides quality customer service training for taxi drivers. A total of 25 taxi drivers took part from the four (4) associations to undertake the initial training.
