GREAT BAY (GIS):--- The law on Turn Over Tax for St. Maarten has been finalized. This law, known as, Landsverordening tot wijziging van de Landsverordening belasting op bedrijfsomzetten 1997. (AB 2010, no. 31), will go into effect January 1st, 2011. The Department of Communication is hereby officially announcing this new law which can be read in full by visiting the Government's website: www.sintmaartengov.org/laws. A copy of this law can be picked up at the Department of General Affairs, located at the Government Administration Building.
