PHILIPSBURG:--- In connection with the ongoing community projects that are being carried out by the recently graduated and certified Community Police Officers, a meeting was held on Monday July 30th, 2012 at the Sint Peters Community Center between Major Felix Richards (CPO for the district of Sint Peters), assisted by two other CPOs, and representatives of the various foundations, groups and organizations representing the Sint Peters area. The meeting was held mainly to have Major Felix Richards officially introduce himself as the CPO of that district. During this meeting, several agenda points were discussed and as a result parties involved showed interest and willingness to work together to discuss and tackle numerous problems in the Sint Peters area. Meetings between parties involved have been scheduled for the near future and a date will be set on which a town hall meeting will be held involving all the residents of Sint Peters.KPSM Police Report
