On the advice of Office of Disaster Management, the Prime Minister, who is responsible for Disaster Management, has decided that schools will reopen on Thursday.
It is not expected, but if the weather situation changes and creates challenges at any particular school, arrangements will be made to address them.
Tropical Storm Isaac at 11:00PM according to the National Hurricane Center was located 270 miles South East of Puerto Rico, and is moving West near 20 miles per hour.
Maximum sustained winds are near 45 miles per hour with higher gusts. Tropical Storm force winds now extend outward up to 140 miles mainly to the North and East of the system center.
