Marigot:--- Gendarmes arrested a 25 year old man on Tuesday evening when he attempted to steal a front end loader. It turned out that suspect was suffering from a crisis of madness when he stole the loader. According to a press release from the Gendarmerie, the patrols were called to Quartier d' Orleans on Tuesday evening when the man was driving recklessly in the area. A car and one of the gendarme's vehicles were damaged when they attempted to bring the Front End loader to a stop.
