~ Residents of Dutch Quarter can expect some relief as Bunks intend to fix the main road before Christmas.~
PHILIPSBURG:--- The number 2 candidate on the United St. Maarten Peoples Party (USP) Claudius Buncamper better knows and Tonje or Bunks had a sit down with SMN News for the special edition. Buncamper a veteran civil servant who ran on the Democratic Party slate in 1994 returned to politics after his wife Maria Buncamper Molanus retired from politics.
Buncamper gave an insight into his personal experience with the justice system, and how his wife was taken out of the political arena by her own in the then-Democratic Party.
As we questioned Buncamper on is reasons for returning to politics he explained that his mission is to create change by bringing the right legislations to parliament that will address key issues that are affecting St. Maarten and its people.
The Landfill and its famous fires were discussed including the road network and its patches, legalization of marijuana and much more.
