 It is with profound sadness that we announce the death of our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, cousin, friend and neighbor Gweneth Eugenie van Gurp, b.k.a. Ms. Eugie or Nana, born on November 24, 1944 and died on Monday, June 03 2013, in
Santo Domingo, at the age of 69 years.

A Wake will be held on Tuesday, June 11, 2013 at her home on Backstreetfrom 6:00 to 8:00 p.m.

The service of thanksgiving will be held on Thursday, June 13, 2013 at the Philipsburg Methodist Church. Viewing from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m. Service of thanksgiving will begin at 2:00 p.m. Interment will follow at the Mt. Pleasant Methodist Cemetery. After the funeral the family requests no visitors at the home. Thanking you in advance for your understanding.
