Avis aux taxiteurs, transporteurs touristiques, loueurs de véhicules.

 Dans le cadre des festivités carnavalesques 2019, la collectivité de Saint-Martin informe tous les usagers du Front Mer de Marigot des modifications temporaires des places de stationnement pendant la période du Carnaval, du 25 au 06 mars 2019 selon les modalités suivantes :

- toutes les zones réservées aux taxis (à l’exception de la file de la gare maritime),
- toutes les zones réservées aux bus touristiques,
- toute la zone de la station de taxi
- tous les espaces de parking des véhicules navettes des Loueurs de voitures du Front de Mer

L’usage de ces emplacements sera exclusivement réservé aux manifestations de l’association « Festivités carnavalesques de Saint-Martin » (FCDSM) à partir du Vendredi 25 Février 2019 à 18h00 jusqu’au Mercredi 06 Mars 2019.
De plus, les zones du parking du Boulevard Dr. Hubert Petit à l’avant et à l’arrière de l’emplacement des anciens bureaux de la PAF seront réservées exclusivement aux festivités FDCSM, de ce fait, interdites aux loueurs de voitures et tout autre véhicule durant cette période à partir de 14h00.
Ainsi, les Loueurs de voitures du Front de Mer sont invités à prendre toute disposition utile au stationnement de leurs véhicules navettes en dehors de cette zone.
Les Taxis interdits de stationnement au parking taxis habituel, maintiennent l’usage de la file d’attente Taxi parallèle à la voie de circulation de la gare maritime.
Les bus touristiques interdits de stationnement dans leur espace habituel du Front-de-Mer, seront tenus de stationner dans les espaces à hauteur du Marché alimentaire
Ces modifications temporaires du stationnement seront rétablies dans les conditions habituelles à partir de 08h00, le Jeudi 07 Mars 2019. Tout véhicule non-autorisé surpris en flagrant délit d’arrêt ou de stationnement gênant sur les emplacements tels que décrits aux jours et heures indiqués, sera immobilisé, enlevé et transporté à la fourrière, aux frais et charges du propriétaire.

TO ALL TAXI DRIVERS, TOUR BUS OPERATORS, AND CAR RENTAL COMPANIES OF THE MARIGOT WATERFRONT
In the event of the upcoming Carnival 2019 Festivities, we hereby inform all users of the waterfront parking spaces of the temporary measures in place for the following areas:
- all areas reserved for taxis (with the exception of the ferry terminal line),
- all areas reserved for tour bus Companies
- all areas of the taxi station
- all parking spaces reserved for the Car rental shuttles vehicles
The above listed parking areas will be closed to their usual uses and exclusively reserved for the sole purpose of the events of FCDSXM as of Friday February 25th at 6:00 pm thru Wednesday March 6th 2019.
Included are the parking areas of Dr. Hubert PETIT's Boulevard around the former PAF offices thus prohibited of parking and closed to the Car rental companies and all public vehicles every day during the period indicated above from 2:00 PM.
Car rental companies are invited to make parking arrangements for their shuttle vehicles outside of the prohibited spaces.
Taxis prohibited from parking at the usual taxi stand will maintain the use of the Taxi line parallel to the ferry terminal.
Tour bus Companies prohibited from parking in their usual spaces on the Waterfront, will be required to park in spaces at the Food Market.
These temporary changes will be restored under the usual conditions as of 08:00 AM on Thursday March 7th, 2019
Any unauthorized vehicle parked in areas as mentioned above on the days and hours indicated, will be seized, removed, and impounded, at the expenses and responsibility of the owner.
